Exclusivity of Marriage

Marriage is the exclusive, covenantal union of one biological man and one biological woman. This church does not authorize any pastor, member, or visiting official to officiate, solemnize, perform, or use church property for any marriage other than the union of one biological man and one biological woman. No member may enter a same-sex, polygamous, transgender, or other marriage-like union without being subject to church discipline.

Perseverance of Marriage

Marriage is properly ended by the death of one of the partners. In case of divorce, remarriage will be considered on a case-by-case basis according to the conscience of the Pastor and the persons entering such union.
